Development of immunotherapies has seen a lot of progress in recent years with the advent of checkpoint blockade and combination therapies. However, systemic toxicity and moderate clinical survival are still major problems. This project aims to use materials-based approaches to develop safe and targeted delivery platforms for immunotherapies.
